• Deposit: 50% of the total rental amount
• Deposit (room and furniture): €300
• Deposit (household): €200
• Alarm triggering outside rental slots: €100
• Slot postponement upon return of keys: €50
• Absence of the tenant during the inventory: €50

A reservation option can be made upon receipt of this form. 

The reservation will only be final after receipt: 

• the signed reservation contract (drawn up by the administration after receipt of this form) accompanied by: payment of the deposit corresponding to 50% of the rental 
• payment of deposits (not cashed) 
• the insurance certificate in the name of the tenant, specifying the nature of the event, the place and date(s) of rental

All payment by check will be made payable to the "Tresor Public".
